Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy periods such as sales or restocks, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to leave our studio.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. After filing a claim, reach out to us at SinclairStitches25@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of our small-batch, limited-run products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.

If an item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SinclairStitches25@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit at our discretion.

Please note: Damage caused by shipping carriers, mishandling after delivery, or normal wear and tear does not qualify for replacement or refund.
